124 days in jail and 12 months probation.
That was the sentence handed down to a 100 Mile House man in connection with a series of break-ins at local businesses.
43-year old Wayne Raymond Smith pled guilty to a charge of Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence and Mischief.
His sentence was also the result of other unrelated crimes.
Smith was arrested back on March 7th thanks to an alert citizen who called police and directed them to a break and enter in progress on Birch Avenue.
RCMP say a suspect was located nearby and was taken into custody without incident.
