John Massier was reelected for a fifth straight term as Chair for the Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District (CCRHD).
Massier who was elected at the board’s meeting Friday says there are challenges in all of the communities that they serve.
“The main one in the central Cariboo, in Williams Lake, would be the Cariboo Hospital redevelopment and our hope to convince the Ministry of Health to move that to the final planning stage-the business case so we need the public to rally behind Interior Health and the Board.”
Also reelected was Margo Wagner as Vice Chair.
Massier was nominated by  Area D Director Steve Forseth with Wagner by Area G Director  Al Richmond.
