A trial date has been set for the accused in a break and enter and assault in the South Cariboo.
48-year old Earl Taylor is due back in court on June 21, 2027.
He’s charged with bream and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
100 Mile House RCMP was called to a residence on Gibson Road in the Horse Lake area on June 23, 2026.
Sergeant Brian Lamb said the police determined that a male had entered the residence and allegedly assaulted the occupant.
A suspect was arrested at the scene.
Lamb said the two people were not known to each other.
