Canada’s next Federal Election will take place on September 20th, and the Cariboo will have plenty of choices for their Members of Parliament.
All candidates in the Cariboo-Prince George riding and Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo riding have been confirmed.
For the Cariboo-Prince George riding:
- Todd Doherty (Incumbent) is running for the Conservatives
- Garth Frizzell is running for the Liberals
- Jeremy Gustafson is running for the PPC
- Leigh Hunsinger- Chang is running for the Green Party
- Audrey McKinnon is running for the NDP
- Henry Thiessen is running for the Christian Heritage Party
Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo:
- Wayne Allan is running as an Independent
- Frank Caputo is running for the Conservatives
- Iain Currie is running for the Green Party
- Corally Delwo is running for the PPC
- Jesse McCormick is running for the Liberals
- Bob O’Brien is running as an Independent
- Bill Sundhu is running for the NDP
The polls will be open on Election Day from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Advance polling will run September 10th-13th at your assigned polling station from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Applications to vote by mail will be open until September 14th.Â
