Cariboo North MLA Coralee Oakes is praising the presence of rural BC in this week’s Throne Speech.

Oakes, when asked if this committee will look at a rural funding formula for education, says it is about the rural economy at this time.

She says as the committee gets formed and developed it will be up to that committee to take the next steps.
