Quesnel RCMP were determined to make sure that a 10-year old boy, who spent Halloween night stranded out in the woods, was still able to get the trick-or-treat experience.
Carter Abrams and his step dad Glen Brooke spent four days and three nights on a remote logging road northeast of Quesnel after their truck broke down on what was supposed to be a one day hunting trip.
Quesnel RCMP members went out and purchased several boxes of treats and invited Carter to the detachment.
He then toured the detachment while wearing his costume and picked up some treats from each office from the officers and Search and Rescue volunteers.
