With weather improving and tourism numbers still on the rise, the BC Forest Safety Council is reminding residents and tourists alike to be safe in their travels – especially when travelling on resource roads.
Conditions on forest roads can be very different says Dustin Meierhofer, Director of Transportation Safety with the Council, who advises drivers to be much more cautious when using these roads
Meierhofer encourages travelers to plan ahead and utilize the Resource road User Safety guide put out by the council.
