There were mixed results for Quesnel minor football teams at Cariboo Field on Saturday.
The Atom Bombers got the better of Prince George White.
32 to 19 was the final score.
Emmitt Giesbrecht scored four of the team’s five touchdowns.
Isaiah Bagri had the other.
The Quesnel Atoms are now 2 and 1 on the season.
The Junior Bantams are still looking for an initial win of the season after losing 36 to 6 to visiting Prince.
Brett Neighbour provided the biggest highlight for Quesnel as he returned a kick more than 70 yards for a touchdown.
Both teams are back in action at home this coming weekend.
The Atoms will host Prince George-Purple at 10 and then the Junior Bantams will host Prince at 11-15.
