Williams Lake RCMP say a man was approached by a groupĀ of malesĀ in Boitanio Park who demanded all of his belongings and displayed weapons and bear spray.
RCMP responded to the incident at approximately 5:10 Monday afternoon.
“This occurred at the back of the park when the male victim was walking through the park,” said Cst. Martin Richard. “The victim was approached by 3 male subjects, demanding all his belongings. The
scoundrels were displaying weapons and bear spray.”
RCMP continue to investigate this serious event and are asking for the assistance of the general public.
