Williams Lake RCMP is looking for witnesses to an assault that took place over the weekend in the Overlander Pub parking lot.
Officers found a 21-year old man lying on the ground unconscious and a second man with abrasions to his face.
Both were treated by BC Ambulance Services and taken to hospital for further assessment.
RCMP strongly believe this incident was not a random attack and that public safety is not a risk.
There is also reason to believe it was related to drugs and that the suspects and victims were known to each.
