The Thompson Rivers University and TRU Faculty Association (TRUFA) continue mediation following rallies at both campuses.
A rally took place earlier this morning in Kamloops, followed by a rally at noon in Williams Lake.
A Faculty Member says there was good student turnout, while they distributed flyers with information.
Mediation will likely continue late into Sunday, according to Association President Tom Friedman who says they have been without a contract since April 1, 2014.
TRU employed 136 sessional instructors since 2006/2007, with the number ballooning to 543 by 2013/2014 while the number of full-time faculty members remained unchanged.
TRUFA began limited job action on Thursday.
