Dustin Milne is the twenty-fifteen winner of the Psalm 23 transitional society’s Courageous Starfish Award
The community is the real winner says Psalm 23 founder Marvin Declare who describes how Milne has devoted himself to those around him and helps others with their own recoveries from substance abuse.
“Over the years, he came to our program and was very successful. Completed and got into many community connections. He’s now serving and he’s part of ministry groups. He sponsors many people and helps them through their recovery process.”
Milne was presented with the award Saturday night at the group’s annual banquet and fundraiser.
