100 Mile House RCMP arrest two in possession of stolen F-150

The 100 Mile House RCMP arrested two people in possession of a stolen Ford F-150.

Police say that on September 24th, an officer on patrol saw a white Ford F-150 truck that matched the description of an F-150 that was reported stolen on August 31st.

The officer saw the truck driving on a property in the 6000 Block of Little Green Lake Road and searched the property, where he found the truck hidden away on the residence.

When it was determined that it was the same stolen vehicle, police arrested two people, an adult man and a woman, for being possession of stolen property.

The vehicle was forensically examined, and then returned to its rightful owner.

Police say the man and woman have been released from custody, while the matter is still under investigation.
