Artemis Gold released its Q2 report, highlighting Blackwater Mine’s financials and operations.
The mine, roughly 160 kilometres west of Quesnel, saw gold and silver sales generate $433.6 million in its latest quarter, bringing the year-to-date (YTD) sales to $749 million.
Q2 2025 was just $231.1 million in generated revenue, with its 2025 YTD sales at $272.1 million.
That comes as it produced a record 74,063 ounces of gold, with gold recoveries improved to a record 92.2 per cent, bringing the year-to-date total to 135,986.
It said the improvement is a result of process optimization of the milling circuit and improved ore characteristics as mining has advanced deeper into the deposit.
Artemis Gold said it’s maintaining its full year 2026 production guidance of 265,000-290,000 ounces of gold, though the All-In Sustained Costs are expected to increase primarily due to general inflationary pressures, including higher oil prices.
The company expects to partially offset the increase through improvement initiatives.
