Aftermarket Light Bars Stolen In 100 Mile House

Light bars were stolen from multiple vehicles that were broken into this past weekend in 100 Mile House.

According to RCMP, 2 lights bars were stolen from vehicles in the parking lot of the South Cariboo Recreation Centre sometime between 130pm on Feb.10th and 130am on Feb.11th with another light bar theft from a vehicle in 93 Mile House reported later on the same day.

Corporal Brian Lamb says footprint impressions left at both scenes suggest the instances are connected.

“It was likely the same suspect, and I don’t know if this is going to turn into a trend but obviously if anybody sees any suspicious activity, people crawling under vehicles late at night don’t hesitate to call the RCMP.”
