100 Mile House Fire Rescue Introduce New Career Deputy Fire Chief

The 100 Mile House Fire Rescue is extremely excited to introduce new Career Deputy Fire Chief, Brandon Bougie.

Roger Hollander, Fire Chief at the station says Bougies’ extensive fire service knowledge and experience will be a huge asset.

“He was well needed, I mean it was needed for a number of years and we are quite excited that he’s here, it’s already made a big difference. It’s also going to relay into better response times in that there’s a 2nd person here now during the day that’s available.”

Bougie has served with the department as a paid on-call Firefighter/Captain for 8 years and has lived in the area for 10 years.

With the promotion he will also become responsible for a long list of duties at the station including taking over the training program.
