Cariboo Students Tune Up For BC High School Rodeo Finals In Quesnel

A Quesnel student was a double winner at a high school rodeo stop in Valemount over the weekend.
Mariah Mannering won the Barrel Racing on both Saturday and Sunday.
Taylor Cherry was the runner-up on Saturday and 4th on Sunday.
Cherry was also 3rd in the Pole Bending on Sunday.
Denton Spiers from Quesnel was 2nd in the Bull Riding on Saturday while Blaine Manuel from Williams Lake was 3rd.
Quesnel will host the BC High School Rodeo Finals on June 9th through the 12th.
