John Pickford will be one of ten candidates making a push for Williams Lake City Council.
He’s joined the race to bring due diligence and awareness to the air we breath. Other issues Pickford looks to tackle is taxation fairness for residential taxpayers, and housing density.
“I’ve been on BC Provincial Tribunal, I’ve been on the Parks and Recreation Committee of Williams Lake for three years. I was member for, and a chairperson for the third year.” says John Pickford, Candidate for City Council.
“I’m familiar with attention to detail, reading data, making decisions and adjudicating disputes.”
If Pickford is elected, he says that 100% of his council pay in the first year will go to local charities.

Residents will be able to vote in the local election on October 15th.
