First Nations people living with substance-use challenges will soon benefit from a new Tŝilhqot’in-led healing and wellness model as the Province provides $8.3 million for recovery supports. A man was struck by a truck on Highway 97, 40 kilometres south of Quesnel, when he was jumping into traffic. Quesnel RCMP say the man was airlifted to Vancouver General Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
