A Quesnel boxer was Boxing BC’s athlete of the month in August.
16-year old Britynn Carter, a member of the 2 Rivers Boxing Club in Quesnel, was honoured.
Carter is on a 10-fight winning streak that includes some victories over international competition, most recently in Mexico.
One of Carter’s long term goals is to one day compete in the Olympics.
