RCMP in Williams Lake is encouraging the general public to utilize anti-theft devices after a 20-year-old male attempted to steal several vehicles last night.
Sgt. Rick Lebeuf says the anti-theft devices would be of most importance specifically to owners for Chrysler or Dodge Products.
Lebeuf stresses how important it is to lock your vehicle and remove valuables.
RCMP apprehended the suspect without incident in the Walmart parking lot and are recommending charges of theft of a motor vehicle and mischief to motor vehicles.
He remains in custody.
