After being staffed with only part-time paramedics for a long time, four new full-time paramedics will be hired in 100 Mile House.
The change in staffing is part of a new collective agreement that follows conversion from on-call and stand-by staff towards permanent full-time personnel in smaller communities across BC.
The positions are expected to be filled by the end of November.
