Denton Spiers, coming off a 13th place finish at the Nationals in Gillette, Wyoming, won the Canadian title in Merritt over the weekend.
Spiers survived the eight seconds in all three go rounds.
He scored a 72 in the first go, a 76 in the second go and saved his best for last in the final go with an 81.
Williams Lake’s Cordell Pinchbeck was 4th.
