Four Names Put Forward For Quesnel Volunteer Citizen Of The Year

There are four nominees for Quesnel’s Volunteer Citizen of the Year for 2017.

Ron Campbell, Louis Beaulieu and Debbie Knabke were introduced at this week’s City Council meeting as was Wally Doern who was absent.

The winner will be announced at the annual banquet, which this year will be held on Wednesday, April 18th in the Billy Barker Casino Showroom.

City Councillor Ron Paull also indicated that there would be two Lifetime Achievement Awards handed out at this year’s celebration as well.

Quesnel’s 2016 Volunteer Citizen of the Year was Rick Prosk.
