Update: Williams Lake Courthouse resumes normal operations

**Update**

Williams Lake RCMP confirm the Courthouse has resumed back to normal operations that was responded to by a threats complaint at that location.

“We took steps in conjunction with the BC Sheriff’s Service to complete a thorough investigation,” Sargeant Brad McKinnon said, “while the matter is still under investigation by the RCMP I can tell you that there’s no longer any concerns for public safety and it is business as usual over there.”

McKinnon said the street between Fourth and Seventh Avenue along Borland Street are back to normal operations as well

The street between fourth and seventh Avenue along Borland Street has been blocked off by Williams Lake RCMP.

The Williams Lake Fire Department is also on scene.
