That was the sentence given to a suspect in a series of break-ins at businesses in downtown Quesnel.
30-year old James Reid pleaded guilty to three counts of theft under $5,000.
He was in custody for three days and was given credit for 5.
The charges are in connection with break-ins at businesses on August 1st, 3rd and 9th.
Reid was arrested in connection with an RCMP investigation that targeted shoplifters in Quesnel.
