Quesnel RCMP’s Stuff the Cruiser Back for the Holidays

Quesnel RCMP’s annual holiday donations event returns this December.

The RCMP’s selected cruiser will be parked at the Walmart parking lot on December 7 and 8 from 9 AM to 3 PM, waiting to be filled with donations from the community.

“The goal of the campaign is to stuff the cruiser full of donations,” says Sgt. Clay Kronebusch. “The items received will then be provided to local food banks, the Senior’s Voice Society, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Quesnel.”

Donations can consist of non-perishable foods, winter clothing, unopened toys for children, and hygiene products.

“This program has been a big success in the past years thanks to the generosity from the people of Quesnel,” Sgt. Kronebusch says. “We’re hoping this year will just be as successful.”

Sgt. Kronebusch adds if you cannot attend the event on December 7 or 8, donations will be accepted at the Quesnel RCMP Detachment Monday through Friday during office hours until the day of the event.
