In Williams Lake, veterans and non-veterans alike stood in the rain showing their respect in front of the Cenotaph at City Hall.

Liberal  Cariboo-Chilcotin MLA, Donna Barnett, was there.

Barnett shares her reaction when the tragic the death of 24-year-old Corporal Nathan Cirillo was confirmed in Wednesday’s shooting at the National War Monument.
