Quesnel boxers, members of the 2 Rivers Boxing Club, went one for three at the annual Wonder Women tournament in Sooke over the weekend.
Melissa O’Flynn lost a very close split decision to Patricai Floyd who fights out of the Olympic Boxing Club in Washington.
Brooklynn Olson, 3 and 0 going in, lost a pair of decisions.
And Taylor Rogina, an 11-year old, stopped her 13-year old opponent in an exhibition bout by knocking her down twice in the second round.
The 2 Rivers Boxing Club will be hosting Rumble #32 coming up on June 15th at the Bouchie Lake Hall.
