Cariboo Regional District Chair, Margo Wagner will continue her role as the Northern Development Board Chair.
The role would have her running the board meetings and being the public face for the organization in the case of any big announcements.
Wagner says she’s happy to be returning to her role with the Northern Development Board.
“It’s always an honour when you’re nominated by your peers.” says Wagner.
“It’s something that makes me very proud that they have confidence in me to allow me to be chair for another year. It’s something I enjoy doing.”
Wagner says having this role won’t have any direct benefits towards the Cariboo region, but noted that it is a big part of Northern Development.
The position is a one year term, with this nomination being her fifth term.
