Quesnel RCMP are investigating a break-in at the Lions Club garage sale location in the 2000 block of Quesnel-Hydraulic Road.
Sergeant Clay Kronebusch says it likely occurred overnight on Saturday (April 13) and police were notified of the incident later that day.
“Quesnel RCMP received a report just before 11 o’clock of a break and enter that occurred. That and a neighbouring business were broken into, and several items were taken.”
There was no surveillance and Kronebusch says RCMP are now seeking the public’s help.
Anyone with information is asked to call the detachment or Crime Stoppers.
The Lions Club announced on its Facebook page that they are now securing the premises with an alarm and video monitoring.
