A judge has sentenced a man and woman from Williams Lake to a conditional discharge and 12 months probation after they pled guilty in Provincial Court to animal cruelty charges.
Ryan and Trish Norquay were charged with causing unnecessary pain and suffering to an animal and with failing to provide necessities for an animal.
The BC SPCA submitted the charges to the Crown back in August 2014 after two dogs were found dead in their home.
