Do More Promotional Doing More Once Again For Pink Shirt Day Awareness

Now in it’s 4th year, a Williams Lake business is showing it’s support against bullying by creating unique Pink Shirt Day merchandise as a fundraising and awareness event.

Do More Promotional owner, Nancy Dron said a different local youth organization is chosen every year to donate the money to and this year it will go to Williams Lake Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

Dron added they offer designs from previous years that are always available as well one or two new ones to add into the mix so people can choose how they want to express themselves.

Orders have been great. We did have a little bit of an influx this week with the number of orders that we’ve been receiving. We were a little bit down but we’re creeping back up there so we’re doing really well this year. We take orders right up until Pink Shirt Day which is February 28. We’re trying to get our orders out as quickly as possible so that people can wear them on that day but we will take orders right up until that day as long as we have stock.”

Last year the Cariboo-Chilcotin Foundry received a donation of just over $800 from this Pink Shirt Day fundraiser.
