Lotto Max ticket sold in Williams Lake worth nearly $275,000

Someone from Williams Lake could be nearly $275,000 richer.

According to the BC Lottery Corporation, a ticket purchased in that community during Friday’s Lotto Max Draw had six out of seven numbers correct plus the bonus.

Spokesperson, Shelley Wong told Vista Radio whoever is holding the lucky ticket has some time to get their affairs in order.

“We are very excited as to when they do come forward and claim their prize and as always lottery winners do have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward. Maybe they will come forward tomorrow, maybe they will come next week but they still have a bit of time to come forward.”

Nobody claimed Friday’s 65-million-dollar jackpot.

Tonight’s (Tuesday) Lotto Max draw is worth 70 million dollars along with an additional 10 million in max million prizes.
