Three choices to take in opening ceremony of Lhtako Quesnel BC Winter Games

   The plans for the opening ceremony for the Lhtako Quesnel 2024 BC Winter Games have been unveiled.
   A ceremony will take place on Thursday, February 22nd at the West Fraser Centre beginning at 7 o’clock.
   More than 14-hundred participants are expected to fill the stands and the floor seating.
   There are just limited tickets available, but there will also be a first come first serve viewing party at the North Star Church that will be live streaming the event.
   And there is also the option to watch the opening ceremony via live stream from home.
   It will be available off of a link from the Games website-bcwintergames.ca, via the Russell AV YouTube Channel, and broadcast live on the local Rogers channel.
   The Games will run through February 25th.
   There will be a closing celebration in Lebourdais Park from 9:45 am-10:30 am.
