Vehicle fire stopped traffic north of Quesnel

   A vehicle fire briefly shut down Highway 97 north of Quesnel this morning.
   RCMP Sergeant Clay Kronebusch says they were called to the Bellos Creek area past the Cottonwood Bridge just after 8 o’clock.
   Upon arrival, Kronebush says there was a Dodge pickup truck on fire.
   He says it was outside the fire protection area.
   The truck was destroyed but no one was hurt.
   Kronebusch says RCMP helped out with traffic control until the fire was out.
