Helicopter crash near Terrace claims three lives

Three people are dead and four others are in critical condition in hospital, following the crash of a heli-ski helicopter near Terrace.

The aircraft went down in the Skeena Mountains around 4 pm yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

So far, there’s no cause.

It’s the second fatal helicopter incident this month in the province.

On January 6th, a helicopter crashed in Glacier National Park near Revelstoke, killing the pilot, who was the only person on board.
