100 Mile House Fire Rescue were quick on the scene to a reported fire yesterday evening at the 7/11.
The source of the small blaze was identified says Fire Chief Roger Hollander:
“Apparently they had some janitorial supplies that were too close to a baseboard heater, which ignited those supplies. We were able to put that out and they were able to open the store again. ”
Ten members and two apparatus were on hand and the 7/11 was able to resume regular business shortly thereafter.
