Wranglers Take Down the Grizzlies, Face Rematch Tonight

Justin Bond scored twice within thirty seconds to break the game wide open as the One Hundred Mile House Wranglers doubled the Revelstoke Grizzlies 6-3.

Goaltender Zane Steeves stopped 29 shots to preserve the victory including some early heroics while shorthanded.

The two clubs meet again tonight at the South Cariboo Rec Centre with puck drop slated for 7 pm.

In the CIHL: The Williams Lake Stampeders won’t be back in action until the new year when they take on the Quesnel Kangaroos on Jan. 15.

The Stamps wrap up the 2015 season with a win defeating the Lac La Lache Tomahawks Friday night 8-1.
