108 Mile Ranch Fire Department opening the doors to the public today

108 Mile Ranch Fire Department is hosting their open house during the 108 Mile Ranch Fair.

The department has hosted an open house for the last 25 years, and have always seen good turnouts for them.

“It’s basically what we’ve done over the last few years for format, it’s a static display of all our equipment, we bring all our trucks out and display some of our medical equipment,” says Chris Haddad, Fire Chief.

“and we’re actually gonna be displaying the LUCAS machine today, which is a life saving device.”

Haddad added that they’re looking forward to the public seeing the equipment they use, and hope for another big turnout.

The open house will run the same time as the fair, from 10:00am until 4:00pm today (May 27th).
