Kamloops RCMP are investigating the death of a man who had ties to 100 Mile House.
Police say Gregory Troy Hamilton, who many knew as “Monster” was discovered deceased in a dumpster on Thursday night.
It was located in between two buildings on the 1900-block of Curfew Drive at around 11-30.
Police are now trying to determine if his death was suspicious.
Sergeant Nestor Baird says Hamilton was a transient resident in both the Kamloops and 100 Mile areas.
The BC Coroners Service is also investigating and an autopsy has been scheduled to determine a cause of death.
