Monday’s snowy deluge and the falling Mercury suggest that it’s safe to say that winter driving season is here to stay.
The wintery conditions have seen many motorists struggle with highway driving says RCMP Corporal Clint Lange who warns that different elevations can see different conditions:
“It’s been a busy week for the RCMP. We have weather conditions out there and people need to pay real close attention because it can change from one segment of the highway to the next.”
Motorists need to be vigilant says Lange, who warns that the sunny days often end up producing more ice when the temperature falls at night.
