Williams Lake RCMP areĀ seeking the public’s help in an accident involving a pedestrian and an unidentified truck.
RCMP responded to a 9-1-1 callĀ on Wednesday (Nov 18) afternoon at around 1-15.
They were told that a male pedestrian was struck by a truck that was backing up in the 1100 block of Mackenzie Avenue.
Police say the male suffered major injuries to his leg and was transported to hospital in Kamloops.
The suspect truck is described as a white semi with a flat deck trailer that had wood on it.
A license plate is not available.
Anyone with information is asked to call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
