The Williams Lake Stampeders Look to Help Those in Need This Holiday Season

The Williams Lake Stampeders, have partnered with the Women’s Contact Society and BGC of Williams Lake to support vulnerable families.

In a release from the Williams Lake Stampeders, they say that the holiday season can become a tough time for families that struggle to meet their basic needs.

While the partnership is beginning this holiday season, there’s a shared goal to help those in need year-round.

The Stampeders will be having their Sponsor a Family, with the Christmas Hamper Program to help provide some holiday cheer.

The release says that for those looking to help a family in need, they can do so by purchasing toys, Christmas dinner, and/or something for the parents.
