Sentencing date set for co-accused in suspicious death near Williams Lake

A new date for sentencing has been set for one of two men charged in connection with a suspicious death in the Deep Creek area.

24-year old Daine Stump is due back in Supreme Court in Kamloops on November 30th.

Stump pleaded guilty to manslaughter prior to the start of his trial.

32-year old Wyatt Boffa, who was also charged in connection with this case, went to trial and was found not guilty of second degree murder.

Williams Lake RCMP were called to a residence on Mountain House Road back in December of 2018.

Upon arrival, police discovered the body of 43-year old Jamie Sellars Baldwin.
