Motorists are being urged by Williams Lake RCMP to slow down as there have already been two crashes before 7 this morning.
Police along with BC Ambulance, Central Cariboo Search and Rescue, and Williams Lake Fire Department responded to a crash on Highway 97 North in the Commodore Heights area.
RCMP Staff Sargeant Del Byron said Search and Rescue were on scene to help an uninjured person that was trapped in the vehicle.
The other crash happened on the Likely Road.
Byron noted that there was freezing rain in spots overnight.
