Jury finds Topham guilty on one count of Promoting Hatred Against Jews

The verdict is in at a hate crime trial in Quesnel.

A 12-member Supreme Court jury found Arthur Topham guilty on one of two counts of promoting hatred against an identifiable group, in this case, those of the Jewish faith.
Both counts are the same but represent postings on Topham’s Radical Press website at different time periods.
The jury deliberated for parts of three days.
At issue was whether or not Topham intended to promote hatred.
A date for sentencing has not yet been set.
