2 Motor Vehicle Collisions In Downtown Quesnel

There was quite a traffic jam in downtown Quesnel yesterday afternoon.
RCMP responded to two motor vehicle accidents within an hour.
The first was a head-on collision just south of the Johnston loop under the Moffat Bridge.
Police say a car collided with a pick-up truck that was hauling a trailer.
Both drivers, as well as a passenger that was in the car, were taken to GR Baker Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There was also a second crash on Front Street and Carson Avenue.
In that case, two vehicles were also involved but no one was seriously hurt.
