A Williams Lake man facing child pornography charges has been sentenced in Provincial Court.
67-year old Murray Dunbar, who was scheduled for a Preliminary Inquiry next week, instead pled guilty to a charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
A second charge of Importing and Distributing Child Pornography was stayed.
Dunbar was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 3 years probation.
He was one of 11 people arrested across the province in the summer of 2014 in an investigation that was labeled Operation Snapshot Three.
It involved 40 Canadian police agencies.
