Changing Of The Guard For Post Secondary Education

The longtime Chair of the North Cariboo Post Secondary Education Council is retiring and this time she means it !

Mary Glassford, Chair for more than 14 years, says it’s time for a change.

She says she tried to retire back in May of last year but agreed to stay on for one more year.

Glassford says this month’s meeting was her last however and the Council will finally have to replace her at their January meeting.

She says she is proud of her legacy as Chair which includes being a driving force behind the College and the very successful trades program but she is quick to point out that it was the entire Council that deserves the credit.
